We are pleased to present the Aquaculture Partnerships: A Guide for Aboriginal Communities. This guide was made possible through support from the Aboriginal Aquaculture in Canada Initiative. 

The Partnership Guide is a complementary document to the Economic Opportunities for Aquaculture report.  Together the two documents present a powerful case for Aboriginal participation in the sector.  The Economic Opportunities report provides a high level overview of the current state of aquaculture and related economic opportunities.  The Partnership Guide builds on the findings by providing step by step guidance on how to develop effective partnerships.  By releasing this report the AAA hopes to promote continued growth and development of Aboriginal partnerships and to encourage Aboriginal communities and entrepreneurs to become involved in aquaculture as business owners.
